Before you startশুরুর আগে

Prepare a product name, unique SKU, images, selling price and stock count.পণ্যের নাম, আলাদা SKU, ছবি, বিক্রয়মূল্য ও স্টকের সংখ্যা প্রস্তুত করুন।

Menu wording and availability may vary with your plan, role and selected language.Plan, role ও ভাষা অনুযায়ী মেনুর নাম ও সুবিধা ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

Useful termশব্দের সহজ অর্থ: SKU / Variant

SKU is your item’s unique code. A variant is a specific option, such as a shirt in size M.SKU পণ্যের নিজস্ব আলাদা কোড। Variant হলো নির্দিষ্ট ধরন, যেমন M সাইজের শার্ট।

STEPধাপ 01

Create a physical or digital productফিজিক্যাল বা ডিজিটাল পণ্য তৈরি করুন

Open Products → Create. Enter the name and unique SKU; review the generated slug. Add clear images and descriptions. For downloads, enable Digital / Downloadable Product, attach a file, name it, set a download limit if needed and enable Active for Download. Digital delivery follows payment; do not promise a fixed expiry period that your setup does not show.
Products → Create খুলুন। নাম ও আলাদা SKU লিখুন; তৈরি হওয়া slug দেখুন। পরিষ্কার ছবি ও বিবরণ দিন। ডাউনলোডের জন্য Digital / Downloadable Product চালু করে ফাইল, নাম, প্রয়োজন হলে download limit দিন এবং Active for Download চালু রাখুন। পেমেন্টের পর ফাইল দেওয়া হয়; সেটআপে নেই এমন নির্দিষ্ট মেয়াদ প্রতিশ্রুতি দেবেন না।

Organise categories and variantsক্যাটাগরি ও ভ্যারিয়েন্ট সাজান

Assign categories, brand and relevant attributes. Use variants for options such as size or colour, with their own SKU, barcode, price and stock where applicable. Add delivery information, warranty and return policy so buyers can decide before checkout.
ক্যাটাগরি, ব্র্যান্ড ও প্রাসঙ্গিক বৈশিষ্ট্য দিন। সাইজ বা রঙের জন্য ভ্যারিয়েন্ট ব্যবহার করুন; প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে আলাদা SKU, বারকোড, দাম ও স্টক দিন। ডেলিভারি, ওয়ারেন্টি ও রিটার্নের তথ্য লিখুন।

Keep price fields distinctদামের ফিল্ডগুলো আলাদা বুঝুন

Buying / Cost Price supports profit and ROAS calculations. Wholesale / B2B Price is for B2B sourcing. Review Original Selling Price and On Sale Price together before publishing an offer. These fields do not by themselves establish a final net profit after every business expense.
Buying / Cost Price লাভ ও ROAS হিসাবে ব্যবহৃত হয়। Wholesale / B2B Price B2B sourcing-এর জন্য। অফার দেওয়ার আগে Original Selling Price ও On Sale Price মিলিয়ে দেখুন। শুধু এই ফিল্ড থেকে ব্যবসার সব খরচ বাদ দেওয়া নিট লাভ পাওয়া যায় না।

Check stock, reviews and deleted itemsস্টক, রিভিউ ও মুছে ফেলা পণ্য দেখুন

Set stock and backorder values deliberately. Test a barcode against the correct product or variant. Product details now include review counts, helpful votes and reports: inspect flagged feedback before deciding what to do. On lists with a Trash action, check deleted records before creating a duplicate.
স্টক ও backorder বুঝে দিন। বারকোড সঠিক পণ্য বা ভ্যারিয়েন্ট খুঁজছে কি না দেখুন। পণ্যের বিস্তারিত অংশে রিভিউ, helpful vote ও report দেখা যায়; রিপোর্ট করা মতামত যাচাই করে সিদ্ধান্ত নিন। Trash অপশন থাকলে নতুন করে একই পণ্য বানানোর আগে মুছে ফেলা রেকর্ড দেখুন।

Check Product Status, selected category, stock and the selected variant. Review the storefront after saving.Product Status, ক্যাটাগরি, স্টক ও নির্বাচিত ভ্যারিয়েন্ট দেখুন। সেভ করে দোকানে আবার যাচাই করুন।

I cannot find this menuএই মেনু পাচ্ছি না

Check your plan and staff permissions. If you have access but the menu is still missing, send the page name and a screenshot to support.Plan ও staff permission দেখুন। Access থাকার পরও মেনু না পেলে পেজের নাম ও স্ক্রিনশট সাপোর্টে দিন।
